By visiting, enrolling, or using any services provided by Andalusia Health & Fitness (“AHF,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website, facilities, or services.
All memberships are personal and non-transferable. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to update any changes to your contact or payment information. Members must comply with all posted club rules and policies while on premises.
By providing your payment information, you authorize recurring billing for your membership or selected services. Membership dues are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law. You are responsible for ensuring payment methods remain current.
Members must scan in or present valid credentials upon entry. Proper attire is required at all times. AHF reserves the right to deny access or cancel memberships for violations of policy, unsafe behavior, or non-payment.
Members acknowledge that participation in exercise activities carries inherent risks. You agree to assume all responsibility for personal health conditions and release AHF, its owners, and staff from any liability for injuries sustained while using our facilities or services.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 15 days before your next billing date. Certain memberships may be eligible for temporary freezes—see the front desk for details.
Harassment, abuse, or damage to property will not be tolerated. AHF reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership privileges without refund for violations of conduct or facility rules.
All website content, images, and materials are owned or licensed by AHF. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written consent.
AHF may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
